Talking fitness!
Colgate recently did a survey to find out how much exercise women did, and how much they felt they should be doing. Many of those who weren’t doing as much as they’d like (or indeed, none at all) cited a lack of time as their main reason. Colgate then asked me to offer some advice as to how women could fit more exercise into their lives and you can see what I had to say by watching the 4-minute video clip here. I thought it was appropriate that the survey was done by a toothpaste company, because I often say that exercise should be like brushing your teeth: a daily habit .(And even if it’s one you don’t particularly relish, you know it’s essential for safeguarding your health…)
