Rye Runners Beginners’ Course 2018

It’s January, which means it’s time for new, rusty and returning runners to venture out and fulfil that New Year resolution to get fit. Rye Runners can help – our 10-week beginners’ course starts on Saturday, 13th January 2018 from 10.30am.
