Not sure you’re ready to run yet? This is a brand new 10-week course to get you from a standing start into regular walking and jogging. By week 10 you’ll be ready to claim your first mile! Friendly, supportive group led by two qualified instructors.
This course is aimed at currently inactive adults, including those with physical or mental health issues.
Day, time and location i.e. meeting point – Friday mornings 9.30am Cricket Pavillion, The Salts, Rye.
Price £2 a session. Come and give it a try at our taster day on Friday February 24th.
